Comms360 was founded by two telecommunications engineers with over 50 years combined experience within the industry, gained working for a major service supplier within the UK.

Our experience includes a host of PABX systems, for example the Avaya Succession range (formally Nortel Succession) and Mitel office systems.

Over the years we have had dealings with every type of historical telephony wiring from CAT1 thru to the modern CAT6.

Traditional telephony has now changed and combined with data comms. This allows the same piece of wire to not only handle a telephone conversation but can connect a computer to the internet to receive and transmit emails. This technology is new and very much here to stay and something that Comms360 is very much conversant with!

Comms360 is all about offering a service that maybe a larger business cannot offer very easily because of red tape and internal complexities. Comms360 believe that the customer comes first in every instance and not hide behind statistics to evaluate this. In other words, transparency is what we work towards and learn by our mistakes to improve every single piece of work we are involved in.
